PRIMAL KIDS

We all have fond memories of endless hours playing outside in nature from our own childhood.

Here's a chance for your young ones to let off some steam and get away from those screens!

Connecting mind to body, expanding the senses and finding new ways to move while having heaps of fun. 

This is primal play.

Expect a mix of:

• Nature Connection

• Energy burning games

• Ninja stealth skills

• Animal movement drills

• Tracking and awareness 

• Super senses and sit-spots

Groups will be no more than 20 children to ensure a great experience. 

Primal Kids tends to be in the morning, see calendar for session times.

If a child wants or needs an adult to attend just talk to Gazza first, we want everyone to have a good time.

 

Dress for the weather and bring a bottle of your favourite drink to keep your energy up (full details on what to bring at booking). 

Suitable for 8–12-year-olds (the games can be pretty energetic but safely matched to the group!).

Cost for the course is £15 per child.

WARNING: occasional marshmallows and natural face paint may happen!!
